You “enjoy wining and dining and the arts” and therefore, you will **** the Atlanta suburbs. It’s not much more expensive to live in the city so I recommend you reconsider that. These are the neighborhoods you will like:
Decatur/East Atlanta
Virginia Highlands
Midtown
Of course, there is something to be said for living close to where you work in the Atlanta metro. The traffic can really lower your quality of life here!
